My Favorite Protein!

I did it! I FINALLY found a DELICIOUS, clean protein powder I genuinely LOVE!

Gone are the days of nasty, chalky, artificially flavored, junky protein powders that give you bloat and leave you gassy. No whey or dairy, no veggie sad-excuse-for-proteins, and no soy!

You’re probably not eating enough protein…

At a minimum, you should be eating 100g of protein daily, but functionally 1g of protein per pound of goal body weight would be better.

Eating enough high-quality protein and drinking enough clean water will fundamentally change your life! Seriously!

Realistically, hitting that goal can be tough without supplementing with protein powder.

My Morning Protein Berry Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving | Prep Time: 3 Minutes | Cook Time: 1 Minute

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Berries

  • 1/3 Banana

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk (canned)

  • 1-2 scoops Equip Prime Protein

  • 1 scoop Equip Core Colostrum

  • Water, to fill rest of jar

Add ingredients to a 32 oz container and blend, enjoy!

I use a 32 oz mason jar and a Vitamix immersion blender for minimal dishes.

The BEST Iced Matcha Latte

Makes 1 Serving | Prep Time: 3 Minutes | Cook Time: 1 Minute

In a cup or mason jar, add water, collagen, and matcha powder. Froth or whisk to combine.

Top with ice and milk of choice!

TIP: For extra protein, I usually add a scoop of unflavored collagen too
