Simple Matcha Latte + My Favorite Protein!

Protein Matcha Latte
Makes 1 Serving | Prep Time: 1 Minute | Cook Time: 1 Minute
Base Ingredients
1 cup Milk of Choice
We use raw milk. Oat, almond, or coconut milk are all great options
1 tsp Miaroo Matcha
1 scoop Equip Vanilla Collagen
Optional Add-Ins
1/2 tsp Raw Honey
Heads up, the collagen is already sweetened with Stevia
1 tsp OM Mushroom Master Blend
For warm matcha: heat milk between 150-170 F (the perfect temp to avoid bitterness). Add matcha and protein then froth, blend, or whisk. We use a Nutr Machine to do this all in one step.
For iced matcha: froth, blend, or whisk your ingredients together and pour over ice.
Tips:
Ceremonial grade match has the best flavor (lighter, sweeter)
I use Miaroo Tea organic matcha for high quality and a good price. The chai matcha is also INCREDIBLE!

Let’s Talk Protein for a Minute:

My Morning Protein Berry Smoothie
Makes 1 Serving | Prep Time: 1 Minute | Cook Time: 1 Minute
3/4 cup Frozen Berries
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Coconut Milk (canned)
2 scoops Equip Prime Protein
I usually do Vanilla + Strawberry or Vanilla + Unflavored
1 scoop Equip Core Colostrum
Water, to fill rest of jar
Add ingredients to a 32 oz container and blend, enjoy!
