Protein Matcha Latte

Makes 1 Serving | Prep Time: 1 Minute | Cook Time: 1 Minute

Base Ingredients

For warm matcha: heat milk between 150-170 F (the perfect temp to avoid bitterness). Add matcha and protein then froth, blend, or whisk. We use a Nutr Machine to do this all in one step.

For iced matcha: froth, blend, or whisk your ingredients together and pour over ice.

Tips:

  • Ceremonial grade match has the best flavor (lighter, sweeter)

  • I use Miaroo Tea organic matcha for high quality and a good price. The chai matcha is also INCREDIBLE!

  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha = 70mg caffeine

My Morning Protein Berry Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving | Prep Time: 1 Minute | Cook Time: 1 Minute

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Berries

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk (canned)

  • 2 scoops Equip Prime Protein

  • 1 scoop Equip Core Colostrum

  • Water, to fill rest of jar

Add ingredients to a 32 oz container and blend, enjoy!
